ECTS - - Electrical-Electronics Engineering

Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department educates theory and application of electrical and electronics and scientific fields with solving and modeling the engineering problems. It improves itself by following new technologies and developments in the field. 

 

Education is in English in both undergraduate and graduate levels. Telecommunication, Signals and Systems, Microelectronics, and Power Systems are the main divisions. There are Electronics and Digital Design, Electronics and Communications, Embedded Systems, Digital Signal Processing, RF and Antenna Laboratories in the Department. Research projects supported by TUBITAK and several industrial companies are pursued. The department is in one of the highest ranks among the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Departments based on the number of research journal papers. Department faculty members investigated projects funded by the European Union, TUBITAK, State Planning Organization, and other national and international bodies and provide consultancy services for industrial projects.
