Course Objectives Being able to prepare cloth pattern according to body sizes

  • 1- Explains the place and importance of pattern lesson in fashion dersign
  • 2- Knows human body and takes body measurements
  • 3- Knows the symbols in pattern drawing
  • 4- Tells the relationship between drawing tecniques and pattern preparation
  • 5- Knows the relationship between cloth-model and kind of cloth
  • 6- Performs an application of model on basic pattern
Course Content Human anatomy and body shapes, measure-size of human body, drawing basic skirt patterns, drawing basic trousers patterns.
