Course Objectives To explain the characteristics of airline and airport marketing to the students, Explaining the concept of airline customers, Disclosure of marketing strategy that airline used.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students will have the information theoretical basis of the airline marketing infrastructure.
  • Students will have the information of airline market, marketing environment and they will learn the marketing strategies of airlines.
  • Students recognize the problems associated with airline marketing and be able to produce solutions to problems.
