Corporate Business Intelligence Management
Atilim University's performance indicators regarding academic, scientific publications and financial aspects are evaluated twice in each academic year.
The data which set a ground for performance evaluation are collected from the below data sources and then consolidated:
- Atilim Academic System (ATACS): Courses, professors and students.
- Atilim Information System (ATIS): Academic titles and administrative positions (if applicable) of professors, as well as titles and positions of administrative staff.
- Content Management System (CMS): Academic programs and corresponding curricula.
- Finance Information System: Financial operations.
Directorate of Information & Communication Technologies is responsible for consistency of the consolidated data. The full data set is regularly and frequently synchronized to ensure data consistency and integrity.
