Change Process Management is conducted by the Directorate of ICT in accordance with the ITIL© (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles in order to enable beneficial changes to be made with minimal disruption to IT services by ensuring that changes are deployed in a controlled way and evaluated, prioritized, planned, tested and documented properly.

Once change needs arise on live servers, or fresh services are to be deployed to the live environment, the service modules are developed and tested on development environment, and become ready for deployment as release packs, followed by a user acceptance sign off. Then the developer prepares an RFC (Request for Change) which initiates the Process of Release and Deployment.

Change Process Management is conducted in accordance with Live Servers Access Policy.
