Course Objectives This course aims to use bitmap (pixel) and vector-based computer programs at an advanced level to create effective visual presentations by making story/muse board collages, fashion illustrations, detailed clothing technical drawings, and detailed fabric pattern drawings/collages in the digital environment.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Uses Adobe Photoshop program at an advanced level.
  • Designs effective story/inspiration boards using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Creates detailed fabric patterns and graphics using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Uses Adobe Illustrator program at an advanced level.
  • Creates detailed fashion illustrations in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Creates detailed technical drawings of garments in Adobe Illustrator programs.
  • Uses Photoshop and Illustrator programs together effectively.
Course Content Vector-based computer program, design clothing, materials and the knowledge necessary to prepare design presentations.
