The Master’s with Thesis Program in Public Administration and Political Science consists of at least seven (7) credit courses (both compulsory and elective), one non-credit seminar course (KAM500), and a thesis study (KAM599). To complete the program, students must successfully pass all courses and successfully defend their thesis before a jury.
The KAM500 Seminar course is non-credit and graded on a pass/fail basis. Students are required to register for the course in the semester it is offered, fulfill all course requirements by the end of the semester, and submit a thesis proposal report to be considered successful.
Within the course load, students may choose up to two courses from the undergraduate Political Science and Public Administration curriculum, provided that these were not previously taken during their undergraduate studies and subject to the approval of the head of the department.
The Master’s with Thesis Program must comprise at least 120 ECTS credits, with no less than 60 ECTS credits per academic year. To graduate, students must receive at least a CC letter grade in each credit course and achieve a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
The KAM599 Thesis course is also evaluated on a pass/fail basis.
