Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to inform students about specific issues and problems related to public administration. Students completing the course will understand the State, Public administration, the transformation of the State and Public administration, the administrative structure of Turkey, its historical development, the conceptual framework, comprehend the changes in public organization and new organizations, and analyze the relations between institutions. |
