Course Objectives KAM 306 ADMINISTRATIVE LAW course is a reflection of our state life in the historical process in the world and in the Ottoman Empire, to what extent the concepts of "Management" and "Management science" and "Governance", which have gained importance since the 20th century, are visible in the practical plane. In this context; in particular, it is aimed to understand the establishment, development and current status of "Administrative Law" and the reflections of this situation in the practice of public administration.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To have knowledge about Turkish Public Administration in the public or private sector organizations or private businesses they will take part in
  • Developing the ability to read, comprehend what you read and, more importantly, to explain what you understand to others
  • To gain the ability to answer the questions asked with self-confidence to the extent of his/her knowledge
Course Content The fundamental concepts and principles of administrative law; the structure and functioning of administrative courts; administrative law in Turkey.

1 Learning the basic concepts, theories and methods of political science and Public Administration and their use in the analysis of national and global political developments, cause-and-effect relations.
