Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach basic knowledge of public finance as public services and financial techniques of government especially taxation.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define the main concepts of public finance.
  • Explain the various types of the public expenditures and public revenues.
  • Foresee the various effects of the public expenditures and public revenues in economical and social aspect.
  • Evaluate the results of execution of public budget.
  • Summarize the relationship between fiscal issues and political approaches.
Course Content The investigation of economic, social and financial activities regarding public finance; the legal, economic, social, technical sides of issues related to the expenditures of government and the income that will meet these expenditures.
